All Star
Today we finally were able to have Jonathan's birthday party, after postponing it a week because of Spring Break. It was an all-boy, sports theme party. We had basketball, soccer, tee ball, jai alai, tennis, horseshoes, and an obstacle course. This shot was just after lunch. Jonathan loves basketball, and he's a pretty good shot.
I used Chromasia's info on blurring and soft focus to adjust this photo. I'm not sure if I went too far. I'd be interested in feedback on that.

Nope -- didn't go too far -- light, composition, colors, and tone all look nice... You're doing a fine job with that camera! Oh -- did you read there'll be a firmware upgrade soon? Be watching the Nikon support page for it...
