Pier Light

We walked out on the pier at NMB one evening. The pier has a second story on it, which was cool for looking down at the folks fishing and looking out at the sea. These lights ringed the upper area, so of course, I found that the most interesting part! I'm such a doofus!

Marsh-a Marsh-a Marsh-a

During our visit to North Myrtle Beach, we drove up to Calabash, NC for dinner at a seafood restaurant. Just outside was a small marina and marshland. The sun was setting over the grass and I thought the greens looked great...the grass greens, not the collard greens!

Net Effect

We got away for a week early this month, to North Myrtle Beach, SC. It is not far from the NC border, and is away from the tourist madness that is Myrtle Beach. This particular shot was in Calabash, NC, just over the border from SC.
